A range of Diamond Wire machines for dressing... with its large, wire-protecting guide wheels, the

block wire saw B2B003-2 is an interesting alternative for economically cutting rough blocks of

Granite, Marble, Sandstone and all other ornamental stone blocks and for cutting slabs.

Dressing blocks ensures that gang saws and block saws are completely filled, to allow maximum

production rates. The ability to program this machine allows us to produce slabs of any thickness in any

stone at very short notice.

 



Characteristics

Machine is having variable Diamond Wire speeds.


Adjustable cutting (drop) speeds with closed loop control logic, so that we can offer the fastest

cutting speed with the longest wire life.


The main motor is rated at 22kW.


Control systems are available from simple manual control to fully automatic PLC systems.


Wire tensioning systems designed to offer accurate control of the wire tension and thus offer high

cutting speeds with excellent accuracy

 

For single wire saw machine, we have 3 models.

One is no turning trolley and fixed speed,
The Other is varible speed and no turning trolley
Also we have machine for variable speed and turning trolley.
