Four-axis cutting
B2B fouraxis dynamic cutting head is the latest achievement in scientific research of our factory in 2008.
It is the first in China and has got ahead of similar products internationally. The main purpose of four-axis cutting head is to compensate tilting degrees, to make the finished edge completely vertical.
This cutting head has already performed excellently in many cutting fields such as metal and stone industries
to reduce processing cost and increase working efficiency.
It is also an expert in straight hole glass cutting. For instance, when cutting through a glass sheet, you do not need
to focus on decreasing cutting speed to get straight holes.
It can be perfect without changing cutting speed. Obviously, it is of great benefit.
It is more surprising in marble matching.
When the tilting degrees of cutting head reaches 4, the finished edge will change a lot.
The pictures below show that when two pieces are matching together, there is little gap on top,
but big at the reverse side. Thus, secondary polishing procedure is not needed to reduce processing cost
and increase working efficiency. Most importantly, the quality of marble pattern is much better.
Using four-axis cutting head, complicated marble matching is realizable.
